Im part owner and director of Dos Flamingos. I graduated and worked for AVEDA NY, where I received my certification to be a certified AVEDA master colorist and educator. I have over ten years experience specializing in all hair types and textures. I love all things blonding, hand painted balayages, and creative color placements.

Soy copropietaria y director de Dos Flamingos. Me gradué y trabajé para AVEDA NY, donde recibí mi certificación para ser un maestro colorista y educador certificado de AVEDA. Tengo más de diez años de experiencia especializándome en todo tipo de cabello y texturas. I am a NYC trained hairstylist. I graduated and worked for ARROJÓ studio flagship salon in soho. This is where I honed in on my craft both with technical scissor cuts, and soft edgy razor cuts. I like to craft beautiful, effortless, wearable shapes for my clients. I’m part owner of Dos Flamingos and I have 8.5 years of experience. Soy Michelle, colorista profesional con más de siete años de experiencia en la industria de la belleza. Me especializo en rubios, correcciones de color, siempre buscando resultados que sean tan hermosos como saludables para el cabello.

A lo largo de mi carrera he participado en producciones editoriales para L’Oréal y Marie Claire, así como en Fashion Week, eventos para Carolina Herrera y proyectos de grooming para artistas internacionales como Metallica y reconocidas figuras del entretenimiento mexicano.

Hoy, mi mayor pasión es ayudar a cada cliente a encontrar la mejor versión de su cabello. Ya sea que busques un cambio radical, recuperar un color que no salió como esperabas o conseguir el rubio de tus sueños, mi objetivo es crear un resultado que se adapte a tu estilo, tu personalidad y tu día a día.

Throughout my career I have participated in editorial productions for L'Oréal and Marie Claire, as well as in Fashion Week, events for Carolina Herrera and grooming projects for international artists such as Metallica and renowned Mexican entertainment figures.

Me capacité y aprendí todo lo que hasta ahora sé de cabello en Dos Flamingos desde hace casi 3 años, comencé como asistente pero siempre quise aprender más y más para poder ser una gran estilista. Me gusta demasiado hacer efectos de color y peinar es una de mis cosas favoritas. Me encanta hacer que el cliente al verse al espejo sea feliz con el resultado.

Hello my Name Is Daniela. I trained and learned everything I know about hair at Dos Flamingos 3 years ago. I started as an assistant, but I always wanted to learn more and more, and to become a great stylist. I really enjoy doing color effects, and styling is one of my favorite things. ¡Hola! Soy Oswaldo.

Me formé profesionalmente en Black Academy, donde me especialicé en colorimetría. Desde hace dos años soy parte del equipo de Dos Flamingos, donde comencé como asistente y, gracias a la práctica constante y la capacitación continua, he desarrollado y perfeccionado mis técnicas para ofrecer resultados de alta calidad.

Además del color, una de mis mayores pasiones es crear peinados. Disfruto transformar cada look y ayudar a que cada cliente se sienta seguro, auténtico y con la mejor versión de sí mismo. Mi objetivo es que cada persona que se siente en mi silla viva una experiencia agradable y salga feliz con su resultado


Hello! I'm Oswaldo.

I trained professionally at Black Academy, where I specialized in colorimetry. For the past two years, I have been part of the Dos Flamingos team, where I started as an assistant and, thanks to constant practice and continuous training, I have developed and perfected my techniques to deliver high-quality results.

Besides color, one of my biggest passions is creating hairstyles. I enjoy transforming each look and helping every client feel confident, authentic, and the best version of themselves. My goal is for everyone who sits in my chair to have a pleasant experience and leave happy with their result.



He tenido la fortuna de ser entrenado por algunos de los estilistas más humildes y trabajadores de Los Ángeles, y me da mucha felicidad poder compartir todo ese conocimiento para ofrecer a mis clientes un gran servicio y una excelente experiencia.
